1. Eligibility

This promotion is open exclusively to current McDonald Pest Control quarterly pest service customers residing within the company’s active service area in Florida. Participants must be 18 years or older as of the entry date. Employees of McDonald Pest Control, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry Period

Entries will be accepted online beginning November 15, 2025, and ending at 11:59 PM EST on December 31, 2025. Entries submitted before or after the entry period will not be considered.

3. How to Enter

To enter, visit www.mcdonaldpestcontrol.com/holiday-contest-25 and complete the entry form with your full name and service address (or account number). Only one entry per account will be accepted. Multiple entries will be disqualified.

No purchase or payment of any kind is required to enter or win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

4. Prize

One (1) winner will receive their next quarterly pest control service FREE, valued between $95 and $150, depending on the customer’s current quarterly rate. The prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be substituted or exchanged. The free service must be redeemed during the next scheduled quarterly visit in 2026.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries during the first week of January 2026. The winner will be announced on McDonald Pest Control’s official Facebook and Instagram pages and notified directly by phone or email.
If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, McDonald Pest Control reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

6. General Conditions

McDonald Pest Control reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the company’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the promotion.

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless McDonald Pest Control and Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram) from any and all liability arising from participation or acceptance of the prize.

7. Privacy

Information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering this giveaway and providing service updates. McDonald Pest Control will not sell or share entrant information with third parties.
